Keeping in view of advance payments towards printing, shipping, E-Virtual Conference Kit, Graphics, Online technical assistance, meeting app charges, certificates by post, company finances, program manager salaries and other unavoidable costs for hosting the International Virtual conference, Maveric Scientific Conferences had to keep Refund Policy is as following.

Cancellations

• 80% refund before 100 days of the conference
• 50% refund before 60 days of the conference
• 30% refund before 30 days of the conference
• No refunds will be granted between the duration of 30 days to the conference.
• Access to the conference Sessions in the virtual platform is available only to registered participants.

• If the registrant is unable to attend the conference any sorts of the reason, then registrant may transfer his/her registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference manager, or registrant can attend our next upcoming conference by sending the request to Program Manager.

Postponement: Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed. If conference postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within six month from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to contact@mavericscientific.com
